Color and display changes can have a great impact on the perception that our customers have of their D365 Customer Engagement, especially at the start of use. A few changes allow customers to feel quickly familiar in the tool.

Want to change the color of a business process flow in Dynamics 365 to follow your customer’s color pallet?
Go to Settings / Customization / Themes and select the theme you want to update :
And update the accent colour :
As simple as that :
